ABOUT
Steve founded OneTrust Advisers in 2019. After a successful 25-year career in manufacturing leadership, Steve responded to God's call toward vocational ministry. From 2007 through 2017, Steve led in the deployment of corporate chaplaincy at over 100 company locations. That work gave Steve the opportunity to serve hundreds of top executives and their employees as a trusted adviser. His experience in the best practices in business and workplace ministry has provided many company owners and executives an invaluable resource for experiencing growth in themselves and their companies in God-honoring ways.
Steve learned business principles from the ground up, starting his career in manufacturing at the entry-level. Upon completion of his engineering degree, Steve’s experience progressed into operations and engineering leadership roles, ultimately managing a plant with more than 200 employees before transitioning into design and manufacturing engineering management as an Executive Director. In that role, he also served as the product manager for $13MM in annual sales to the telecom industry while leading his engineering team in bringing to market new products totaling $32MM in annual sales.
In 2007, Steve graduated from seminary and accepted a leadership role with the largest provider of workplace chaplaincy services, later serving bi-vocationally as a pastor.
In 2017, Steve dedicated himself to serving Christian business owners and executives through peer advisory groups, adding Fractional Integrator Services to provide a full array of support for Christian business leaders who want to grow themselves and their companies.
Steve and his wife Kim have been married for over 40 years and make their home in Harrisburg, PA. They have been blessed with two children and four grandchildren. Steve is an ordained minister, with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a Master’s degree in Biblical Studies.
